Hi Everyone,

I'm online at the ATF E-Forms site attempting to fill out a Form 1 electronically, and I have a few questions:

1. When determining the overall length, do you unscrew the flash suppressor and remove the collapsible stock and measure from the back of the buffer tube to the tip of the barrel?  If not, Please advise on the correct way.

2. Assuming I'm correct on # 1:
The length on my lower from the back of the buffer tube to the vertical joint where the upper and lower meet is 7 1/4".
The length of the upper I want to use is 14 5/8" from the vertical joint where the upper and lower meet to the end of the threads.
This is a total length of 21 7/8" or 21.875" - How exact do I have to be?  Do I put 21.875", 21.88". or 21.9"?

3. In 3a, "Trade Name" - Do I enter the name of my trust here?

4. in 3b, Do I enter MY name and address or TRUST name and address?

5. In 4h, "Additional Description" - Are you putting in all marks on the lowers, or just leaving it blank?

6. In 4i, "State Why You Intend To Make Firearm" - What is the proper wording to enter here?

Thanks in advance everyone!

Correct length measured with buttstock fully extended to end of flash hider, don't take anything off.

Either measurement is fine, as long as it's correct.

3. In 3a, "Trade Name" - Do I enter the name of my trust here?  NO

OAL doesn't matter within reason.  Put a reasonable measurement.  No one cares.

Over the years it's been stock collapsed, extended, etc.  You won't get bounced for that.
