1. When determining the overall length, do you unscrew the flash suppressor and remove the collapsible stock and measure from the back of the buffer tube to the tip of the barrel?  If not, Please advise on the correct way.

Correct length measured with buttstock fully extended to end of flash hider, don't take anything off.







2. Assuming I'm correct on # 1:



   The length on my lower from the back of the buffer tube to the vertical joint where the upper and lower meet is 7 1/4".



   The length of the upper I want to use is 14 5/8" from the vertical joint where the upper and lower meet to the end of the threads.



   This is a total length of 21 7/8" or 21.875" - How exact do I have to be?  Do I put 21.875", 21.88". or 21.9"?



Either measurement is fine, as long as it's correct.



3. In 3a, "Trade Name" - Do I enter the name of my trust here?  NO

4. in 3b, Do I enter MY name and address or TRUST name and address?Name of trust, mailing address of trustee. If your the trustee than your address or as listed in the trust

5. In 4h, "Additional Description" - Are you putting in all marks on the lowers, or just leaving it blank?Leave Blank

6. In 4i, "State Why You Intend To Make Firearm" - What is the proper wording to enter here?All Lawful Purposes
