I just done up a trust using Quicken Willmaker and I used my initials for the trust name (CRD TRUST) is this ok to use for the trust name?

You can name your trust what you like...
I used part of my name so I could easily identify/link myself to the trust name and my papers incase Ihad to prove I am in legal possession of the nfa item... I would just rather it be simple incase I run into a leo that is not very familiar with nfa laws. |

I named my trust "XXXXX NFA Trust".
The x's are my last name. Edit- I also used Quicken and exported it to MS Word where I changed the name(in every instance), and added some provisions specifically regarding trustees right to possess NFA property, as well as distribute it and transfer it to my beneficiaries in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws. |
