My Trust paperwork is done and I am picking it up today from my Attorney. While I am sure this has been covered before, I could not find it in a search: How do you measure the Overall Length for the Form 1 application? I measured with the stock extended and estimated where the end my 10.3 inch barrel will be (AR platform with M4 stock). I came up with 29 inches. Does that sound like the right length?

Thank you for the response. It was kind of tough to estimate where a barrel will end, not having the barrel in hand.

You did it right.

On my F1, I measured an AR with a 16" already installed and subtracted 5.7" and then subtracted a half inch for good measure.
Would rather be a tad short on my measurement than over for no particular reason.

I have my Trust and completed Form 1's, next question; where do I mail my check and forms for a SBR? Oh ya, one other question; do I have to mail a certfied copy of my Trust with the Form 1's or just a regular copy?
