This is the 3rd time it has evolved. It started out as a pistol. It looks really sweet. How does it run? That is my only concern with a 7" barrel is how it functions since I mostly run steel cased ammo. Is that a 7" Troy? What barrel if you don't mind me asking? |

I have had one problem in 2k rounds of Wolf/Tula and that was a steel case that the extractor ripped the rim off, not the gun's fault. That is a 7.2" Troy TRX. The barrel is a SS 1/9 from http://www.sherluk.com/m16a.php. When I rebarrel it, I will go with this barrel-http://www.rainierarms.com/?page=shop/detail&product_id=1026 I like the Wylde Chamber, and that is a 1/8 which means I can bounce back and forth with 55 and 62 grain Wolf and Tula that I have stacked in the safe room. |

Just finished putting it together last night, too... 
DPMS form 1's lower, Colt A1 upper, Colt N stock, Model 1 Sales chrome-lined 7.5 barrel, an old TSI/WATom faux XM177 moderator, DD Omega-X 7" rail, and an Aimpoint Micro to top it all off. 
Just need to save up the scratch for a proper bolt assembly for it, and I'll drag it out for testing
