| Does the CLEO that signs my form have to be of the town that my address is in? The reason I ask is because my town doesn't actually have its own PD, just Deputies who are assigned to our jurisdiction. Could I get the CLEO from the neighboring city to sign it? |

A lot of the times the CLEO is the County Sheriff. Best place to ask is in your home town forums. |

I believe even the County DA can sign off....... |
