I have a 18" 308 barrel I want fluted I front and behind the gas block who is the best and who has the best price ?

i just decided its better to send back to the manufacturer to have this done behind the gas block only cost is 116 shipped

Don't flute a finished barrel. It can relieve internal stresses in odd ways.

Kampfeld custom did a couple of bolt rifle barrels for me, I would think he also does AR barrels. Work is top notch, turn around time is on par with other smiths, and Karl is a great guy to speak to. I have had two full cutom bolt rifles built by him and both are tack drivers. Google him and give him a call.
