I saw a vid recently by POF-USA that illustrated a cleaning regimen for their rifles.  In this video the narrator used a cleaning rod that was "chuckable" and attached to a drill.  Does anyone know where I could find one of these chuckable cleaning rods?

You would be using only the business end of of a three-piece rod.
Don't go crazy in your bore with a drill, much can go wrong.

Absolutely DO NOT EVER use a drill and brush in a rifles bore.  This will RUIN the barrel in short order.

This stupidity comes from the acceptable practice of using drills to run a brush or polishing head in a SMOOTH BORE shotgun to polish it or remove hard leading or carbon fouling.
People see or hear about that and figure it'll work a rifled barrel.  It destroys it.

Running a brush in a rifled bore will seriously and quickly damage the rifling.   Don't think a brush can't damage a steel barrel if mis-used by spinning it against the rifling.

I have no idea who "POF-USA" is but I'd question their competence if they're recommending this.
