I really liked the Brownell's.  Sturdy as hell.   Haven't used the DPMS.

I'd get the PRI block from brownells because it allows picatinny mounting into a bench vise or using the takedown and pivot pins.  The Panther Claw is good because it engages the upper half via pins and the "shark fin" engages the interior of the upper as well.  I've put 60ft-lbs of torque on a Grendel upper with the Panther Claw and it worked perfectly.

This barrel nut wrench also accepts 1/2" and 3/8" drive torque wrenches.  I used the DPMS combo wrench which also allows flash hiders to be removed.

I use the clamshell type to torque down barrels and free float tubes, but the DPMS white block for punching roll pins into uppers. If I had to choose only one style, I'd go with the DPMS white block.
