1st post in the 'smith forum. I was asked by a friend to install a Rock River 2 stage trigger in
his Stag yesterday as I am "considered" the resident expert by my friends reagrding guns.
Believe me, I'm no expert, but I have the balls to at least try. I had never done a trigger
install on an AR but after searching for instructions, pics and info here I felt I was up to the task.

I went really slowly, had the right size punches, made an AR holder for my vise and got to work.
In total it took all of 20 minutes and I didnt lose a spring, launch a detent or put the trigger spring
on backwards. Sucker works like a charm

I considered it a moral victory and now I have 3 more trigger jobs lined up. I need to charge more than
a six pack next time though.

Many thanks to those that took the time to post instructions and how to's including pics.

A "trigger job" is more involved than just swapping parts. Other than that, congrats.

See... I told you I was no expert.
I should have said "installed a new drop in trigger".
