So the title says it all, I'm already invested in the Sig P-series handgun platform and don't want to purchase another type of magazine. The type of PPC isn't that important.
Thanks in advance! |
Get Wayne LaPierre out of the NRA. Don't give them another cent until he's gone.

Kel-tec sells a P226 conversion mag catch for the SUB-2000. Read the description before you buy the rifle though, you need a Gen 2 Multimag model.

May be an AR magwell adapter, but I'm probably thinking of a SIG 320 one. ETA: the Taurus G2C/G3 series also run SIG P226 mags. |

Speaking from experience, these things are extremely tricky. For example, mag types A and B feed in gun A, but only B feeds in B. Or, in one of them the slide lock is not reliable. Or, everything seems to work fine until you monopod the PCC on the mag. |

Pretty widely known for the G2C/G3 series. Cheap ProMag 226 mags lock the slide open on G2Cs & G3Cs. I think that's the Schtic of Smith and Wesson's new RESPONSE PCC; is it's supposed to have some sort of universal magazine system that takes all mags from all manufacturers... or something like that.

PCCs that feed through the pistol grip are going to have a minimum length mag they accept. The SUB's pistol grip is plastic, you can cut a big enough slot for your 228 mags to lock in. Your pinkie will just have to deal w/ that. |

I don't know if these ever took off but you can do the leg work and Google some to figure it out:
https://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/nordic-components-pistol-caliber-carbine-gun-review/ "Magazine Compatibility: GLOCK and M&P magwells available now. GLOCK Competition (flared magwell), 2011 Competition, SIG P320, Beretta 92, SIG 226/228, and CZ 75 coming soon." |

It's been several years, but IIRC the magwell sleeve/button setup on a Cx4 can be made to accept SIG mags.

The method of attachment is very similar to Response, but not exactly identical. |

QC10 did make a S226 lower once, but I haven't seen any for sale recently.
