They were made by an ARFCOM member named " bullet-cooker ".  They were made from HK "K-grips" and a tango down rail.  They werent cheap (50.00 in parts + labor, each) but were exactly what I needed.

You must be a doctor or something.

No wonder the pistol caliber aug isn't on the market yet.  He's too busy playing with these cool things.

They belong to MSAR.

Knife_Sniper, is this real or photoshop?  If real, that's a lot of stuff hanging off of that Scorpion.  But not much difference from the massive amount of stuff hanging off of some ARs, I guess.

It is real... that is a Skorpion chambered in 9x19. The red dot assembly is made by OKO gunsights out of Czechoslovakia. The 9x19 skorpion has a weaver rail.

I wish I could get my hands on a 9x19 version. Very awesome firearm. My VZ61 is a well engineered machine with some amazing machine work. Very reliable.

I FUCKING HATE YOU WITH EVERY FIBER OF MY BEING!

I want that PM-63 soooooo bad. Yes, it was not used in Red Dawn (Finnish Jati-Matic GG-95 PDW was used because they couldn't get the real deal) but I want so so bad because of that damn film.

CX4 in .40 S&W. It came with all rails, VFG & sling for $699. Added the tater grip, green laser, barrel shroud and dime store BSA red dot.

Fun enough at the range, but it's main job is my go to home protection weapon. A flashlight will make it complete.

As much as I detest thumb-hole stocks, those CX4s are slick looking...

Here is where I ended up with mind... decided the only real use I had for this (besides having fun) was as a home-defense carbine. I just wish the pull was straighter on the Choate stock.

Cut it off then.  Only issue is you then have 11 parts that fit into the 922r catagory and the gun is illegal.  The way around this is to add some USA made 922 parts to it.  I put a new trigger and hammer in mine and that puts me down to 9 parts.  Here is a nice lookin CX4.

Homebrew build.
Cproducts mag block
RRA upper and bolt/carrier/etc...
I use mostly Cprodcuts mags now, I only have 2 of the promags (as shown in the pic)

I'm going to SBR it as soon as I move to a free state (Michigan blows, but you all already knew that).

I love loading cheap 9mm that can be shared with my pistol. Cowboy logistics lives on in the 21st century!

So my wife wants to use this washtub for a planter but says "well, it will have to have some drainage holes drilled in it."  I said, (thinking I could spend all afternoon putting holes in this thing) "No problem.  I'll be back in just a minute."

It just proves once again that suppressors and pistol caliber carbines have a practical use, especially in an urban area of operations

IMO that is the worst mod of a fine weapon as I've ever seen. I could MAYBE see ruining the stock and slapping some poop brown paint on a < $300 Hi Point, but a $700ish Beretta???

Fashion show is ===> that way....

Doesn't look bad at all.  And there are plenty of pics of firearms of questionable taste in every subforum here.  In fact, seen many people spend 5x that cost just to have a goofy looking gun.  But it's freedom of choice and if the owner was proud enough to post it, he should.   And if you don't like it, don't say anything unless he asks for it.

I'm really surprised at the utter lack of Hi-Points in here. I love mine. This is an old pic so I'll have to shoot a current one. I recently ditched the Grip Pod for a Tapco Intrafuse short grip and the canned the unreliable Brunton scope in favor of an EOTech 512. I painted the receiver cover matte black to match the stock and installed a Hi-Point mag carrier. I have so much fun with it that I'm looking forward to running in some local competitions with it.

A quick scan showed at least 5 others in the thread (mine included).
Not a lot, but not "utter lack", either.

How do you like the new stock?

I sold the gun to a buddy recently and he got it.  It was a factory HK stock too.

Comparatively speaking, there aren't many at all in here, especially considering they're the most affordable of the lot. I just figured they'd be more predominant. The TS stock is great... Much more comfortable than the original. I love my 995, it's a hoot. I shoot it more than most of my high end guns combined.

Exactly, most people hear the name and see the price tag and stick their nose up. They're great guns, you just have to remove your head out of your ass and pull the trigger on one to see the value in them. I've got over 1,200 rounds through mine and I've had exactly 3 FTF/FTEs and all three times were from the same lot of Russian steel-cased ammo so it had nothing to do with the gun. I have $1,000+ guns that don't have the same track record as this $200 Hi-Point.

Thanks for the opinion on the TS stock.
I've been thinking about the ATI stock for awhile, but I think I'll try to get the TS stock now.

I love mine also, it's proven to be just as accurate and reliable as my Ruger PC9.

while I do hate the hi-point pistols , the carbines are not bad. If the company would actually step up and make a hi-capacity model then I would be quite tempted to pick one up. Same goes for the beretta .45 storm.
