I just had a great experience with Henry customer service and wanted to share. I recently bought a a Henry youth model .22 lever gun for my 4 year old (at least that was my justification for buying it). I don't like leaf sights, so I decided to buy a Williams peep sight for it. However, this makes the front sight too short. So, I called Henry looking for a solution and spoke to one of the guys in customer service. He explained that the front sight for the Magnum models will fit on the youth model and then asked for my address for shipping and wouldn't let me pay for it. It's nice to get to speak directly to a person when calling a manufacturer, and even nicer to have someone answer the phone who immediately knows the answer to a technical question. Nevermind the fact that he is sending the front sight out free of charge. Big thumbs up for Henry for taking care of me. I see many more Henry rifles in my future.

Had a great experience as well. Emailed them about buying a metal barrel band for my 22LR, my 22WMR had metal and I thought it was a higher quality part. Kevin at Henry Rifle emailed me back same day and sent the part out and would not let me pay for it! I will be buying the new Henry 45-70 when it hits the LGS, their customer service sold me!
I usually grab my Henry to shoot instead of my 39A because it feels good to shoulder and shoot. |

I wanted a lever or pump 22 for a couple years. After reading the great customer service reports, I finally bought a Henry 22 lever right before Christmas.
I haven't had to call CS yet but I expect nothing but good things if I ever have to call. On a side note, my lever 22 is one of my favorite guns. Just plain fun as hell! Craig |
| I have the lever 22LR. It is smooth and extremly fun to shoot. If they made their larger caliber rifles with side loading gates i would own alot more. Haven't had to deal with the customer service end but one of the reasons i purchased a Henry is from the all the great reviews if i ever need to. |

I bought a Henry .22 last year on Gunbroker, and it was malfunctioning when I received it. I was pissed, and the seller said send it back. But I called Henry customer service to ask about the problem, and what it would cost to fix it, and they said send it, and they would make it right. I did send it, and got it back in perfect working order, in a new box, with a new owners manual. I then realized that wanted to upgrade some plastic furniture on it with metal. They did the same thing to me, sent it to me, and would not allow me to pay for it. Henry has impressed me with the customer service, and I am not ashamed to say I will recommend them any day of the week, and twice on Sunday! Thank you Henry Rifles!
