I'm looking for something like this. It's my understanding that these featured a bayonet lug in addition to the full length handguard. Does anyone manufacture a reproduction rifle similar to these?

I do not think that is a musket.

A musket is a muzzle-loaded, smooth bore long gun, fired from the shoulder.

As much as I agree, Winchester marketed them as muskets and the originals are listed on Gunbroker, Cabela's, GunsAmerica, etc. as muskets.

tons of 1895 Winchester muskets made in 7.62 x 54 caliber also for importation to the Czar's army way back when  .   musket being a slang term for a long barrelled rifle with a full length handguard i think

You are right.

But,

Musket also meant rifle configured as military arms.  Typical features are
1) longer barrel
2) barrel bands
3) bayonet lug.
