Thanks, friend. It's not the fastest shooter on our CAS range but it sure does stack up the style points. Whenever I get weary of the competition, I drag out the Henry and have at it. Helps me put things back in perspective.

Anyone have any idea on its worth. http://i127.photobucket.com/albums/p160/harpua2000/P1010046.jpg those diamond patterns are not painted. BITD they would fit different types of woods into stocks for designs and contrast. there is a good possibility that this is one of those types of stocks. |

This is a Browning B92 in 44 Mag that I picked up at a Salt Lake City gunshow a few years ago. The owner was an elderly gentleman who spent most of his life in Alaska. This one is well used, but obviously well cared for too. He said that it spent a lot of time "on duty" in Alaska.
It's got the typical Browning blonde French walnut, and was checkered by a real artist. If guns could talk ... |

Sweet Browning Warhawk. I have the BL 22 in Grade 2. Your .44 would make a great companion for it. If I ever see one, I guess that I will have to go for it.

They gave me a nice discount on the price already posted and another 5% for .mil/LEO so I cant complain. Want to pick up a 1.5-5 or so for the 45-70, the 336 is staying the way it came, nice sights, and only 500 made, why mess with a good thing? Hope to be able to get out next weekend to run a few rounds thru them. Thinking about buying another lever this next payday since I have been looking at this other one for a while. I loved it, but sold it and bought a Trapper in .44Mag. I put the large loop lever on it, and now it matches my others... I have a matching set of Trappers in .357 Mag, .44 Mag, and .45 Long Colt, for handgun cartridges, then I threw in a .30-30 as well. Pretty sweet set. My mistake, It looks like it is a Trapper or Wrangler now that I look again. |

I'll never count how many I have. That way I don't have to lie when she asks.
And, yes, I don need another one. |

Have you shot it yet. I bought a couple of the SDT's in 45/70 and 308 ME. I havn't shot the 45/70 yet, but the 308 ME kept blowing the hood off. I put a set of XS's and a lever rail on it. The 45/70 will get it it too when I have time to put it on. |
