I am getting ready to start building a Vault that will be under my house.

I plan on 12" concrete walls

What kind of fire protection can I expect?

Will I need to do anything to the interior to keep the heat down in the case of a fire?

Do you guys heat/cool vault rooms? or do you just run a dehumidifier?

A 12" wall is substantial.  Are you also installing a substantial door?

If not, there's no need to spend all of the extra effort on that much concrete.

Yes

I have not made up my mind yet but I think this is the door I will go with

The blast door

For $5K you could pick up a used commercial bank door.  A real vault door, from a real vault door manufacturer.  I'd go that route long before I went with anything similar to what you're looking at.  You would need to have the commercial door professionally set, but the 12" wall is enough to hold it.

Which doors do you recommend?

You would have to see what's available locally.  Any common commercial door will be several times better than what you're looking at.  You'll need to track down a company in your area that does this work.  There should be a few to choose from out your way.
