In an effort to make it more difficult for a person(s) to gain entry to my safe, I incorporated it into a storage system.

It is anchored to the floor...

...and boxed in by shelving. The shelves are anchored to the walls and will be full by this weekend.

Thats a tough spot to get in and pry on, good job.  Might want to consider a simple wood door over it since you already have framing from the shelves.

Will there be any tools on the shelves the bad guy can use on the safe?

No, just general storage for bike gear, radio equipment and other misc. stuff.

Well worth it and easy to do.
It keeps passer byers (eg, plumber, furnace guy, kids, etc.) from spotting it.  Out of sight out of mind.
