Anyone have anything set up? Any suggestions?
I'm looking at some of the various programs available to use a webcam as a motion detector with email alerts and image capture. I'm currently in an apartment while at school, and I'd like to keep a few toys available here. I can't really get a full size safe in, so I'll make do with other options. But I'd like to just set up something to alert me if I would have a break in while I'm away. Looks like I can easily make that happen, but I'd like to hear from anyone who may have insight, lessons learned, or recommendations. The programs I've tried that I really like are kind of expensive ($70 and $90). I'm willing to pay the $70 if need be, but I'd like to see if there's a cheaper option available first. Thanks |
