I have a digital lock on my Safe and i was wondering what if the wires to the face with the number pad got broken or cut. Could it keep you from getting in? Could you just splice them back or would you need a locksmith to put a whole new digital lock on it? What say you?

| Take the battery out, splice the wires, insert battery. If possible have the touch pad replaced with a traditional type of locking mechanism ie; dial. Those digital touchpads on the cannon or remington brands can easily have the circuit jumped to open the actuator, which opens the safe. It is fast and easy. And NO, DON'T ASK! |
