| I have a 9mm MPX, and I also have an Osprey can. I am trying to decide what to do, the suppressor doesn't really fit well on the MPX with the shroud. I am considering just going to a compensator and forget the suppressor all together. Wondering what you guys thing. If comp which one do you all recommend? |

Don't forget the suppressor, the MPX is way too much fun suppressed! From what I read when I was considering the Osprey for my MPX (ended up getting an Octane), is that you need the XL piston so that it sits far enough away from the handguard. Hopefully that the issue you're referring to, which should be a simple fix. Good luck! SilencerCo 13.5x1 LHM XL Piston |

What do you guys recommend in a comp if i decide to go that route. |

I just had my barrel cut and SLR Rifleworks Titanium comp put on my MPX. I am waiting to get it back but will post pictures once I receive it. You have the handguard cut too? Yes. Thanks, id like to get my barrel cut to 4.5" too but I don't want to have my factory handguard cut down so that when I run a can it will cover it. From what I hear people have been waiting almost a year after ordering the "K" model handguards with no shipping date in sight, so I may have no choice but to have mine chopped. Also, don't forget pics when you get it back. Im curious to see more muzzle devices on these little pistolas |

I was thinking of doing the same but decided not to get a can. I figured everywhere I shoot others don't have cans so what would be the use of me getting one I would still have to where hearing protection. So I decided to cut mine 6.5 and just change the tread to something I can put something like a barking spider on it if I want the can look. Shipping said I should get my MPX this Friday and now its changed to Monday. So expect pictures up Monday. Also, don't forget pics when you get it back. I think it was like 2 to 4 days. Cant beat that, hope to be sending mine in soon. First range session out I sent 400rds through it of every type of ammo I could find, didn't have a single hiccup out of it. Anything else I need to check before sending it off to get cut down? |
