Extremely stupid question:
Anyone know what the hole on the rearward underside of the gasblock, just behind the bayonet lug, is for?

Is that a quick disconnect hole for the sling?

It is a great rifle and functions perfectly day or night, a Battle Arms BadAss ambi safety in addition to the Gieselle trigger is nice too.

No, it's not that.  It's about the same size, but it's just.. a hole.
I don't know why it's bugging me so much not knowing what it is for..

This rifle quickly became my favorite rifle to shoot, next to maybe my .22.

I was thinking about an ambi-safety as well, seeing as that there is already an ambi-maazineg release..

The only thing I dislike is its not compatible with Bcm charging handles, what have y'all been doing to get extended latches?

Same here, but that is a pretty minor issue in an otherwise great rifle.  I have been reading of some people dremeling a little bit away on some charging handles with success, but I am waiting until a little more info comes forth (or maybe someone releases and actual product)

BCM(I think that's who I got it from, I'm not home to check) just sells the latch part of the CH.  I bought one of those, but haven't gotten around to putting it on the CH.  Maybe this will get me off the dime...
