I'm familiar with the 516 but haven't heard of the 517. What is it?

The 516 is the new piston 223/556(know idea what the 517 is as it's not in the catalog) and the 308 version is the Sig 716 as I just got the new 2010 sig catalog

Go to Sig"s Facebook page.
Accorrding to a post there. The 716 is still in R&D and may not be ready until 2011.
But the 516 just became available, and SAW Inc. has them for $1550 on Patrol model....WOOHOO!!!!
