My local LEO does not have the correct fingerprint cards, what's the fastest way to get those? Can I just print the copy they have online with WV in one section?

i dont understand why they cant use the electronic FP we're now required to get for the LTC or use the ones already on file.

What is LTC? So ur saying I can use the cards they have on file regardless?

can't count the number of times I've had my prints taken for the military, various dealer licenses, carry permits, tax stamps, etc over the years
