I've been trying for 2 months to get Daniel Defense to return an email and/or phone call, but it ain't happenin. I don't want to name names of their sales staff cuz I like their products, but this one guy simply will not call me back about buying some DD and Contour Camera products (who they distribute for). Are they on the rocks or something? I even resorted to leaving messages in the general sales team voicemail box.....no luck. I finally found an archived post here from freakin 2010 that was discussing the same exact problem! Anyone know what's going on over there?
Yes, I know everyone's busy. Yes, I know they're a good company with good products. But 2 months? I've got documentation of unanswered emails, voicemails, and texts sent to them from mid December. Come on.... I finally contacted Countour to at least get some of their merch possibly from a different distributor. Contour hooked me up quickly with another distributor, but this new place charges $30 more per camera....nightmare. Any advice on who I can contact at DD would be appreciated. I've got customers that are unhappy. |
| Took just at 9 weeks to get a response from STAG recently....we do a fair amount of business with them and I was a bit surprised.....Daniel, Stag, all of them are busy but they are working through their calls/emails. Imagine if you've hounded (the shit outta) them at all you're getting pushed to the bottom of the call back list. |

My customers don't care about companies that retaliate against business' like me (if that's actually happening)....they care about getting their parts and guns. I doubt quality companies like DD or Stag would do that though. They wouldn't be in business too long otherwise. |
