Just wanted to know if I needed to show a hardbound record book at time of interview. Any new things I should know about for the interview??

yes you should be prepared with everything

I have to be honest I do not know if this is a regulation or not but I think it is better to be prepared than not.

As in a bound book? No, you don't need one. That's what they come out for, to go over records. You could get one if you wanted and see what the IOI thinks of it. But defenitely not required.
