| applying for a home ffl got my zoning in line told them during the hearing i would be refinishing sporting good items they asked if firearms would be involved i told them i would be duracoating rifles and such per customer requests they went and granted me the zoning variance.....so heres the stupid question am I sending the application to 244 needy road or is it a different address....thanks for the help |

You may also have issues when ATF checks your zoning. Around here, they specifically want variances to say "retail sale of firearms" is allowed. Don't be surprised if they have you going back to the zoning board. |
