Has the multiple handgun disposition form been updated since 2003? I just had one kicked back by USPS as "undeliverable" and it was the 2003 version.
I don't recall seeing anything in tehe ATF newsletters about a new version or a change of address to mail the form to. TIA. |

I use a PDF form I downloaded from the BATFE website. I fax them so I don't know what the address was/is The PDF shows a March 2009 revision date and the address as being: U.S. Dept Justice Attention: Multiple Handgun Sale Form Certifications P.O. Box 4278 Clarksburg, WV 26302 ETA: Wrong address... see Bubbles' post below. |
