How much information is needed? -Record what you looked at or do you need to pull information from the document and record it. |

Did you read the Instructions to Question 20.b. on the 4473? You just record the documentation with "issuing authority and type of identificaton presented". Example: "Property Tax Assessment 2010, Collin County, Texas, US Passport". |
