On the back of the forms in box 28 where it says sign here, title, and date. Is that for the CLEO to sign off or do i sign that?
Also for the fingerprint cards. Can i go to one of th shops in town to get it done or does it have to be at the police station? |

It has to be a some kind of LEO station, you have to have an "official" sign off. |

Quoted: Ok, i called my PD and they said they will not do fingerprints. They told me to find a shop in the yellow pages and go there. I found a shop in town and they did the electronic ones. I'm pretty sure you need to use the cards supplied by the ATF. What do you mean by "shop"? |

Quoted: The cards i used were the ones that came with the from 7. With the 0100 ori info. The "SHOP" is a store that does finger printing, photo id's, passports, notaries and that kinda stuff. Right, but you referred to "electronic" prints... from my experience that's done directly from one agency to another. i.e I go to my sheriffs office to get electronic prints done and they forward them directly to the other agency. They don't print them on the ATF supplied card? You might want to call the ATF and check on that. Also, ask if the want a bonified LE agency to the prints. |

Quoted: While i have this thread going, do the photos and prints only go to ATF or to the CLEO also. Im done with everything else and just waiting to send out I sent the prints and photos to the ATF, all the CLEO got was the photo. Then I got a phone call from the CLEO asking WTF are you sending me the application for. I had to tell them that it's required by the ATF. |
