I went to this link.  I was hoping there was a way to download it for free since I'm a cheapskate.  Can it be save for free or does one have to subscribe and pay a fee?

You can upload some random PDF file you have around and probably get it for free.  It's barely worth the effort though  Silly FN - I would buy a legal copy if they'd make it available for sale...

Just bought a used FS2000, didn't come with the manual of course. This helps a big bunch.

The owner's manual can be found on fnhusa.com without much difficulty - it's the *armorer's manual* which is elusive.
