I found this on another forum, is this guy just trying to stir up shit ? Or just a hater ?
Heres what he typed: [ I wouldnt buy anything MSAR.... I wont go into why. My instinct tells me it will become clear within 4 to 6 months...] Thats it, it was in a MSAR question thread .Im not trying to stir up any shit myself, Im just wondering . Also, some shops are going to have 3rd gen MSAR STG556 at a closeout , under $ 1000.00 before tax and trans, in limited #s . Is this because of the E4 ? |

RSR had 3rd and 4th gen guns cheaper than that before Christmas for dealers. One distributor dumped a bunch of guns that we wouldn't buy back, after we built the guns to their specs. That is why you hear of guys in states like Texas and Michigan buying guns with ban state comps. Yes, there are closeouts on the STG's. The price on the E4's will stay where they are.
Good god, the internet is a blessing and a curse.

I agree , the MSAR is awesome and his comment was out of left field, I just thought maybe someone could clarify the statement that he made and why. Thats why I asked if he was just being a dick ! Someone else asked him that in the thread , but he never responded. Like I said multiple times, I wasn't trying to irritate anyone.
Tanners has 20 of them right now $ 950.00.

Damn!
I just don't get it. I have two of the STG 556 rifles and yesterday I went out for the first time in 3 months to shoot (Open Heart Surgery) I took my Ar15, M1A Scout and my STG Of all the guns I like the STG the best. Sure people have problems with the gun but so does everyone else. The E4 is a great gun for sure but if you can get a STG556 it is well worth it. I would not get rid of either of mine. |
