Just a quick question... are you able to change which side the brass ejects from? If so, does it require any special tools or replacement parts?

You need a left handed bolt.  ratworx has them on sale right now, $135(!)

In a telephone conversation I had with Dave Robertson at MSAR on 12/1/2009 he offered to exchange my right handed bolt assembly for a left handed bolt assembly for free if I sent it in. He stated that they were out of stock at that time but would begin production of new left handed bolt assemblies in about two and a half weeks.

I sent in the right handed bolt assembly by UPS and it arrived at MSAR on 12/10/2009 and was signed for by Skiver.

Since then I have called MSAR several times and left messages on Dave's extension without any response. When I tried to leave messages at other extensions I was told that the message box was full. I have also sent emails to Dave at [email protected] without any response.

So at the moment I have an inoperative MSAR.

What should I do now?

Sounds like you should've waited until they had some built before sending yours in.

lol my thoughts exactly. if you have been following the bullpup forum you would know that they are in the middle of a move out-of-state, getting ready for the SHOT show and working on different cal E4's. All while shipping product to their dist's.
have some patience grasshopper!

I knew I would have to wait for the new bolt. What really bothers me (and apparently some other posters) is the inability to communicate with anyone at MSAR.

Dave's here almost everyday. IM him, email him, post something over in the industry forum.
