I haven't been on this site in a loooooooong time but thinking about getting a MSAR Stg-556 E4 for Christmas, problem is that I live in CT.  Do they make the MSAR E4 in the NY config yet?  Only difference I need is a "fixed" aka welded comp instead of a flash supressor.
