| so many awesome toys and not enough money. I like that free case they give you as a rebate too. I may end up having to borrow some money from my profit sharing to be able to get everything I want. Dang I wish my wife would graduate RN school and get back to work. |

Nice video. Multicam goodness.
I like the soundtrack they used in the Military video a lot better though. If they were going to go Rock N' Roll they should have went with Rammstein Feuer Frei and Sonne, which is admittedly what plays in my head when ever I'm enjoying my Steyrs. They did a good job highlighting the ease in deployment from a patrol car. Just try doing that with a rifle or shotgun that is half a foot longer. Magazine changes were well highlighted. So many folks out there who think that it takes forever to do a mag change for some reason. With the new bolt release you can fly through reloads. Although I don't do the Australian reload anymore where they use the fresh magazine to push up the mag release since it's just requires too much attention for me on the rifle when I want to keep my focus down range more so I'll give-up the fraction of the second that it saves me and just pull the mag. |

I used to crank Rammstein whenever I was driving to a call-out.
I modified the speed reload to just using my middle and ring finger of the support hand instead of using the new mag. It isn't as dependent on hitting the mag catch just right, you don't lose any control over the mag, and it doesn't slow you down at all. |
