I've been having trouble with colt and bushmaster mags getting stuck. It happened every time when it was new so I gave up and have just been using the MSAR mags that came with it. They are the best quality of all the AR mags I have anyway and it came with 5 which is about as many as I will need at any point in time. Has anyone else been having issues with stuck metal GI mags?

GI mags are difficult to extract from the weapon. Magpuls drop like "buttah"

Why anyone would use anything other than a PMAG in any STANAG mag platform is beyond me.   The aluminium magazine is the single largest flaw in the M16/AR-15 design, Magpul fixed it.

The new E mags work great in the E4 and everything else I have found to put them in.

E-Mags?  I'm not up on the latest magazine offerings.

The E mag is a P Mag with slightly different dimensions so it works in the European guns like the FS 2000 and the 416.

Thanks!  Makes perfect sense now!

Just a heads up
-the Emag will not work in the FS2000 due to the dust skirt in the mag well.
If you remove the dust skirt in the mag well  it should. I really wish it did!
