Not really a challenge, but I'd like every STG owner to:
1) Chamber a round
2) eject the round without firing
3) look at the case to see if it is deformed.
4) reply back with results

so far, for me anyhow
55gr PMC Bronze brass case: bullets slightly bent.
slight crush in case wall

RAYALITY,
I tried it for you brother, I tried 55 grain PMC, LE Federal Tactical Bonded, TAP, RADWAY GREEN ss109, Lake City ss 109, a snap cap and three pieces of once fired brass. All chambered and extracted with no problems nor deformation to the cases.

If you are having any issues with your rifle please let me take a look at it.  I have them figured out and I promise I can fix any problem your rifle may have.  I will have it for a few hours, then it will go on the brown truck.  I want you to be 100% confident in your rifle.

Dave, You have seen this rifle. The rifle seems to be much better, but the brass is bent when feeding. I bet  that it would crack a snap cap.

Nothing here for me either.  I got 4 rounds of M193 5.56 and Brown Bear HP .223 (lacquered case),  loaded, ejected rounds and reloaded  several time in the 40 rds mags- no problem.

Gen IV. 20 rnd factory mag, mil surplus ammo. All 20 no issues. Are you using MSAR mags or Aug mags? I started out with new Austrian mags and got the same issues as you did. Sold em on and got all MSAR's and have not looked back. I traced the problem to weak springs in te AUG mag.
