I'm wanting to start load work ups for my dad's 18" REPR and was curious if there were others that have the same length barrel and what bullet weights it prefers. Any and all help appreciated. Before anyone else says it, yes I will do ladder test to work up to a safe load

What twist barrel will help you guide your choices

And, one would suspect you could try Sierra SMK #2275 with IMR 4895/4064 and WLR in prepped cases like some once fired LC 118 Brass or IMI brass

I have great luck across guns with 175 smk and 44gn of varget
