I had to drop down to a four foot bench.
Has anyone ever used some type of quick change bracket? To have mounted. For fast press change out? I have hornady single stage and the ap.
Thank for the help.

Theres a picture of someone with something like that somewhere in the reloading bench pic thread. The table top had slots cut into it so different tops could be removed and slid into place while keeping the surface level, looked pretty clever.

Inline Fabrication... Fantastic stuff.

You will need to build something to rest the LNL on while you run another press though. I had to build a little contraption out of wood. It's a PITA to set aside in a tite spot.

I just expanded my work area so I can finally place some tools permanently on bench.

I use drilled holes in my bench for a low cost solution. Bolts and T nuts. SDB mounted, the extra holes are used when 550 is in this location.

Bottom of the bench what the T nuts look like mounted.

Dry those t-nuts hold up good ? I used 1/2 inch bolts to mount my presses down. I've never seen a t-nut that big. I will have to look.

Only go to 3/8 at this link.

Might consider drilling and tapping a steel plate, I used bolts and nuts in this pic.

I use 3/8", never noticed any flex. I use 1/4" for all manner of other tools and I've never felt like they've been too small.

The Rockchucker in the above pic is anchored with 3/8's bolts/nuts.

Inline Fabrication Quick Change Mount System shown below storing a Hornady Classic and AP in <half the width of my 6'x2.5' bench. The black plate on the benchtop just visible stage left holds any of my 6 tools when in use. Takes less than 1 minute to swap the next tool in. Dan has plates for a lot of reloading tools, and will custom make plates if needed to fit any odd requirement you may have.

I top mounted the plate, but it can also be routed flush into the table. Other plates are available at various heights above the table.
