I'm ready to start reloading, finally got all I need. Question I have is, what designates a certain powder or primer as corrosive/non corrosive? How can I tell the difference? I'm using hodgdon titegroup powder and cci primers. Thanks for the help!

Fail. Thats it.

Titegroup, and every other canister smokeless powder is not.

Smokeless powder is non corrosive.

You can't buy corrosive primers.

The only time you can encounter corrosive primers is with some surplus ammo. Most of that is Berdan primed.
