When I first got into reloading I went through and put all the information I could find about Powder onto an excel spreadsheet. Added colors made it sortable etc

Then I couldn't remember where I saved it and just refound it today.

I wanted to put this information out there to get some help filling in the rest of the information with the help of the hive and to provide an easy to use source of information for powder questions or quick reference.

However, I need some help getting it onto the website I'll post a screen grab but the excel spreadsheet is the most useful part of it, anybody with some tech know how who would be willing to help would be great.

Not sure what you trying to accomplish that a good reloading book doesn't.

What are your intentions? Not sure what blanks you are looking to fill in

I need to put in more information on powder type. Best rounds for powder etc. I know a good reloading book does the same thing. A book also doesn't let you click and sort by brand or burn ranking on a spreadsheet either. I found it to be a nice tool when I was shopping for powder last time. When I couldn't find the  powder i wanted I found something very similar using my spreadsheet.

I'm not trying to claim I invented something revolutionary. Just wanted to share and see if anybody wanted a copy. Or liked the idea and wanted to help flesh it out for their own use.

If nobody gives a shit that's fine too.

I don't think you can attach or host files on arfcom - look at something like google docs to host the file.
I've got my own spreadsheet I use to track load workups, best loads for a given powder, bullet combo etc..always interested in seeing what others have come up with.

I can help you get it hosted on google docs if you run into issues, or you can use somewhere like rapidshare as well.

You could go to the powder makers sites for your needed info.

What is the "best" powder for a caliber is would be up to debate.

Like asking which car is best, best beer, ect.

It's a matter of taste.

Why there are many choices in a reloading manual.

That's where I got all this info, they actually don't all list the powder type. Look it up on Lapua for example for yourself if you don't believe me.

Your focusing on specifics too much. General answers would have been fine, or ranges i.e. works really well in low pressure pistols etc. But since I can't host it it's probably a moot point anyway.
