Is it worth buying?
I looked on Midwayusa.com and it got 2 ½ stars! Ouch! Is it really that bad? Should I bother buying it? It seems it is very old and doesn’t have the TTSX bullets. I’m going to load 55 gr TTSX and TSX .223 Rem / 5.55s NATO, 165 gr TSX .308 Win, and 200 gr TSX .35 Whelen. Does the Barnes book have more powders than the PDF’s floating around the internet? If not I don’t think I’ll bother to buy it. Found this info on the Barnes web site, does the book have a bigger powder selection? Thanks for looking. 55 gr TSX 5.56 NATO H4895 and Tac 55 gr TSX .223 Rem H335, Tac, and 2460 165 gr TSX .308 Win IMR 3031 Win 748 BL-C(2) TAC H4895 IMR 4895 Varget IMR 4064 AA 2520 IMR 4320 RL 15 H414 200 gr TSX .35 Whelen Win 748 H4895 IMR 4895 IMR 4064 VIT N140 RL 15 Looking for data on CFE 223, power pro varmint, AR comp, power pro 2000, 8208 XBR. I know some of this is on Hodgdons site. |

I disagree, can't replace a printed manual in my world. Dont get me wrong, everyone reloading should have several books on hand to refer to. I just see useing the net and the manufacturers website as a good source as well and not needed to buy every new release. The difference in what we all want to have is whats great in all this. |

Using a load that someone posted should not be done without confirming the load with published data. This includes any load that I may post. Typo's happen. By published data I mean from the powder / bullet makers websites.

| Totaly agree Dryflash. I believe we're on the same page and would tell new reloaders to never use a recipe from just one source on the net. This is why i said eailer to compare it with several others. Hell i think we have all hit a wrong number when shareing info. Good point. I would like to get some of the older books. I hear they're not so lawer safe. Any truth? |
