I've gone through the turtorials and they talk about using a media cleaner and the removal of lube from the cartridge. I have a Hornady sonic cleaner,. Will that work in lieu of the media cleaner. Also, since I will be running the Hornady LNL progressive, they talk about removing the lube prior to subsequent operations, or at least after the rounds are complete. I will be using the hornady lube aerosol, do you really need to remove the lube and if so, at what step? I'll be reloading 9mm and 5.56

I remove the lube after all after all the brass prep is done, right before priming and adding powder for rifle. For pistol hopefuly you have carbide dies and dont need lube if you do use.lube it would be the same as i previously mentioned your ultra sound will work fine. |
