[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Dillon comes through again

Recently I went to the shop to load up some cartridges, as usual I
tested my primer warning system, but this time it didn't work, I checked
the battery and it was still good, I replaced it just to be sure, but
after 30+ years the primer warning was completely dead. I gave Dillon a
call, I explained the age of the item, they said no problem, its on the
way no charge!
It came in yesterday, I'm good to go again!

yup, they are awesome. i have a swager 600 that needed a few parts and they sent me more then i needed and fast!
thats the kind of customer service that keeps people around for life!!

I just sent them a E-mail concerning the switch on my 650 powder checker. Will see if they send me the whole unit, the switch or ?

I'm finding out that this is typical CS for Dillon. I'm very glad I went with them for my first reloading set-up.
