Good starter single stage?  Also are there some books i should pick up to get educated on reloading.  Im completely new?

The Rock Chucker is the one that started it all for me.  Its kind of the "gold standard" of simple, strong single stage presses.  However some really good ones of other brands out there.  Have fun, be safe.

Same here. Thousands of rounds later and I still use it. Also have picked up a Dillon RL550B to speed up the process for plinking rounds.

One upgrade I recommend for the RCBS RC is this

Rockchucker will serve you well. Try to find a used one and save some money.
