Can't really help as I don't reload that caliber. But you may have better luck under the armory section there is a reloading forum.

Reloading forum. Read the tacked threads. Pick a bullet that matches your twist. After that, there are tons of pet loads.

Nobody is gonna just "give" you load data. You must workup your own. That said I use CFE223 for powder.

We have a reloading forum in the Armory section. Great group of guys there.  But I can tell you now, buy some books and workup your own loads. What may work in my rifles might not work in yours.

Do you have any loading experience at all? My guess is no, since you are willing to ask for data from random strangers. Not trying to be harsh but reloading is serious biz, and any ol' data shouldnt be taken from any ol' random faceless stranger. Good luck, and if you have any more specific questions, I suggest posting in the proper (ie: Reloading) forum.

Be very careful and ask lots of questions in the reloading forum. Consult reloading manuals for the minimum powder charge and work up a load from there. DO NOT just take someone word for a load. Do your homework.

reload? why not? most of my guns AR-15's included have never fired a factory round of ammo, it will probably stay that way with the cost going up and availability very poor. get case gauges for the caliber you are loading semi-auto are more finicky about feeding than bolt action rifles

if you are new to hand loading, go slow and be careful.  do lots of reading and research.  single-stage press to begin with.  very easy to screw something up when new to loading and that is a very bad thing.

Welcome to Arfcom and the Reloading Forum.

I'm thinking you mean 223 ammo. This is a technical forum so always give full info when you ask a question. AR's can come in many calibers.

First read the FAQ's, and Tutorials, look for the 4 part "loading 223" posts goes through the whole process with pics.

Best beginner book for new reloaders is ABC's of Reloading.

Then get a loading manual. I suggest Lyman 49. Both of these books are about $20 each.

Do your research, then ask questions on what you don't understand.

You need some reloading knowledge before you worry about a AR load.
