So I fell into an awesome deal today, 200 lead 240gr 44mag projectiles, 150 or so peices of rifle brass and a couple bullet boxes for 500 124gr 9mm projectiles.

X-Treme Bullets out of Reno,NV the box says. Never used this brand before, isn't sold locally and have never seen it on midway.

Good quality?

I love them since they are local. Friend gets them straight from the owner for us for dirt cheap.

They look a bit nicer than most of the HSM's and Berry's I get locally. 9mm projectiles have been out of stock since Jan here.

They are TMJ'd just like Speer's TMJ'd bullets - including their Speer Gold Dot bullets and the bullets they load into Speer LawMan, Speer Blazer Brass and Blazer ammunition.

The Extreme bullets have a THICK TMJ similar to Speer's.  Some CCI/Speer loadings push TMJs to well past 1400 FPS - like the Speer .357 Sig loadings using TMJ'd bullets.  Federal has TMJ's rifle bullets going close to 4,000 FPS in loads like the 220 Swift Fusion (which uses a TMJ'd bullet).

BTW, TMJ = electroplating.  It all depends on WHO does the plating and how thick it is.  Extreme is quite thick - like Speer.

A friend of mine just got a sample of their double plates 9mm 124gr projectiles. They are making them for those using them in 9mm Major. He has not loaded them yet, and I am not sure if they are a regular production item either.

I have been very happy with their projectiles, and the .45 230gr RN cost about half of what Berry's does.

I love them and for the price you can't beat them.
I was shooting 2k of them a month in .45 but that's over for now
I only have 500 left

Completely good to go; I've loaded several thousand of them in 9mm, .40 and .45.
