Newbie to forming cases here.

I have my brass rough cut with the Harbor Freight saw, debured and chamfered.

When I form the cases, do I make one pass with the expander ball removed and then another pass with it installed or is this all done in one operation?

How do I go about setting the depth of the expander?

Should I be using regular case lube or something different for case forming?

Edit: Sorry, this was supposed to go in the 300 Blackout thread.

Lube debured case and run it through you sizing die with all parts installed.

Remove lube, trim to final length, debur, prime and load.

For much, much more, look for the Official 300 blk thread. Might be back a couple of pages.
