Mounted the super swage today and ran a few cases through, is it normal to still  see crimp markings?  I'm processing ATI brass and the crimp is three little dashes around the primer pocket, after swaging I can still see the three dashes but I do notice that the lip of the primer pocket is more rounded after swaging, I'm assuming this is okay?

OK. As long as the case primes satisfactorily, you are good to go.

you're not necessarily trying to remove the crimp marks, you want a tapered edge on the lip of the primer pocket so the primer can seat better.  You're gonna have to slowly adjust the super swage until the primers seat with slight resistance.  Do you have any brass that's not crimped?  What I do is seat a primer on a case that has no crimp and adjust the super swage until the crimped brass has the same resistance of the non crimped case when priming.
