Well today i called my local funshops for powder and primers

Im looking for Titegroup one shop had it for 21.99 (seems right for the price)

But primers seem outragious $40/ 1000

Is this the same prices you reloaders see at the stores or am I just living in the worst place in America?

$40 per 1000 isn't too bad. Most primers are around $30/1000 online not counting haz-mat and shipping. Assuming the primers they sell are normal brands and not russian.

Been using the Russian primers for awhile now and am very happy with them @ 15.50 per K that is hard to beat.  I think the Wolfs are going to becoming to an end however and we will only see the Tula's  which run $20.00 per K.  Heard something about a lawsuit with the importer of the Wolf's.  Powder has gone up a little.  There is a major run on ammo and components right now and everyone is having trouble keeping up with demand, which will ALWAYS end in price increases.

Tightgroup ought to be about $16 or $17 locally.  Powder Valley sells it for $14.70.

I don't blame a local shop for having to charge a little more, and I regularly buy from my local small one owner shop even when the prices are a little bit higher than online.  If it's $7 a lb. higher than Powder Valley then I pretty much wouldn't be doing much other than window shopping.
