I don't do any casting so I am not familiar with the associated equipment. What is this I am looking at in your picture?

You seem to have a great capacity in finding good reloading stuff.  First the cheap 1050 and now this!  I'm beginning not to like you OP!

Seriously, is that yours?

I've had this for 2 or 3 years now , picked up a used  lube master last year to go with it, have yet to try the luber as I had a nice stock pile but now it's time to see if it'll work or if I'll be working on it

TxSoldier it's a early Magma bullet master it'll cast around 2000 rds an hour

What garage sales are you going to where you picked up a used bullet master?

You sure have the knack of being in the right place at the right time.  Good on you!

I wouldn't do that inside.

You need good ventilation.

Yeah, I was going to ask... where should I start frequenting and watching for one of these?

There's a local small-time reloading shop near me that runs their auto-caster inside the building (which is a large shed behind their house) all the time.    Of course, you don't smell much over the overwhelming odor of cat urine when you walk in...

Of course, there is no way on the planet that they're operating legitimately, I guaran-dang-tee that if the fire marshall ever saw the inside of the place, they would shut it down immediately.

If you don't mind me asking––––

What do the moulds look like, and how much does it cost for each different bullet type.

What is the swap out time to change moulds and set it up for a different bullet.?

Is it pistol only or can something like 405s for a 45/70 be run?

Are you just a crazed hobby guy or are you rinning a buisness?

mould infomoulds are $85 x 8,  swap out set up 10 minutes, each moulds held in place by 2 roll pins
Magma has the 45/70 and larger moulds
Crazed hobby at this time , maybe a local side line in the future after all the hoops are jumped through

Thanks

I guess I sort of knew those machines were around but never got a chance to see one running or able to poke around the guts
