RCBS Customer service is great, I have got replacement parts from them many times with no questions asked
Redding on the other hand makes you buy the parts from dealers |

No doubt RCBS is the leader in CS when it comes to reloading stuff (IMO). Can't tell you how many times I have called them with a problem, some that were my fault, and they just asked for an address to send the parts to.
Some may say there are better mfg's out there, but RCBS will continue to get my business. |

When I called them the last time I even tried to give them billing info seeing that I am the one that wore the part completely out. They said that they only needed my address so they could send me the part. RCBS gets top marks from me and they continue to be my first choice. MLG |
